Autumn! I had forgotten how pretty it was. I had completely forgotten all about the wondrous change in colour that the deciduous trees go through each year. It wasn’t until I was back visiting New Zealand last month that I realised the small pocket of Sydney I move in must mainly contain evergreen trees. It was a beautiful time of year to be at home. (I would probably say that no matter the season, but I was especially aware of it this time around!)
