It was such a beautiful day here that I felt I must leave the house and enjoy it. I was beginning to feel soporific anyway, so I abandoned the couch where I had been devouring my book (once my lovely cup of tea was finished of course) and found a fantastic spot to sit and resume reading.

Less than a month until my Sri Lanka trip! Time is going quickly. We have passed the shortest day so I guess that means we are heading back towards summer again now! The weather here has been stunning over the last week. Perfectly clear and crisp days – my favourite sort of winter weather.
